Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service support. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and effective resolutions through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution
