Analyze and design transmission topologies, leveraging knowledge in Microwave, Fiber, and IPRAN technology. Operate and troubleshoot Marconi, Fujitsu, Alcatel, Philips muxes, Nokia, and Ciena DWDMs, with strong analytical skills in NMS. Master OTN, Ethernet, and IP technologies used in transmission domains, ensuring seamless operation and integration. Manage remote delivery and collaborate with field teams for troubleshooting and configuration of transmission systems. Troubleshoot and resolve TXN interfaces in mobile networks (IuB/IuCs, IuPS, GB, Abis, Ater) in both TDM and packet environments. Coordinate fault resolution by collaborating with field teams, 3rd-party fiber providers, and infra teams, ensuring SLA compliance. Resolve issues remotely, guide on-the-ground teams, and perform change activities to meet customer requirements promptly.
