Telecalling Sales Officer / Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and has a strong track record of converting leads over phone calls. If you're confident, target-driven, and love closing deals – we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Pitch products or services confidently and clearly
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain records in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of telesales experience
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
• Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
• Experience in calling for insurance, loans or retail sales preferred
• Comfortable with targets and incentive-driven roles
