Job Description

fluent English-speaking Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international prospects and introduce our company and products
Communicate professionally and fluently in English with decision-makers across countries
Generate interest, identify needs, and share company profile or offers
Follow up consistently with potential clients via calls and emails
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client responses in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with the sales team to support conversion and business development efforts
Build rapport and help in nurturing long-term client relationships

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in international calling or B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory)
