Job Title: Tele Caller

Location: Kannanalloor, Kollam, Kerala

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

About Us:
Manthra Innovations is a recognized leader in web design, digital marketing, and SEO, and is an authorized training centre of Kerala State Rutronix. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team, focusing on lead generation and promoting our training programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
Provide information about our training programs and services.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential leads.
Assist in scheduling appointments and sessions for students.
Maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
Meet monthly call and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Tele Caller or in a customer service role.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
