Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, understanding their property needs, and setting up appointments for site visits or sales meetings. Key Responsibilities:Call prospective clients from the provided database or leads. Explain property features, benefits, and investment potential to customers. Generate interest and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads to closure. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and appointments. Handle queries courteously and professionally. Coordinate with sales team for smooth handover of warm leads. Requirements:Proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English. (Additional regional languages are a plus.) Confident and persuasive voice with the ability to build rapport quickly. Good understanding of real estate market trends is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
