Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team. Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates. Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
