Job SummaryThe Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of signage projects, from concept to installation, ensuring timely delivery, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with designers, fabricators, installers, and clients to manage timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and branding standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination Review client requirements, design specs, and site surveys to develop project plans. Create timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for signage fabrication and installation. Coordinate with graphic designers, production teams, and third-party vendors. Production & Installation Oversight Monitor fabrication progress (e.g., digital prints, LED signs, dimensional letters). Schedule and supervise on-site installations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Conduct quality checks to ensure signage meets brand and durability standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and municipal authorities (permits, approvals). Provide regular updates on project milestones and address client concerns promptly. Budget & Timeline Control Track project expenses (materials, labor, logistics) to avoid cost overruns. Mitigate delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or permit approvals. Compliance & Documentation Ensure adherence to local signage regulations, building codes, and ADA requirements. Maintain project records (permits, warranties, closeout documents).
