Job Title: Telecaller Location: Chennai Company: Cityplots (AI-Based Real Estate Company) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join Cityplots. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our real estate offerings, and generating leads through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads. Explain Cityplots services, project offerings, and unique value in a clear and engaging manner. Understand client needs and schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build trust. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role (real estate experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages. Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with using CRM tools. High level of patience and persistence to engage with prospects. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate or Diploma in any field. Prior experience in the real estate or property sales sector is a plus.
