Required Tele callers for (NPA & Recovery in Banking & NBFC Collection Process ) Recovery Tele caller job is to focus on making outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to initiate and manage collection efforts. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their financial situations, negotiate repayment terms, and follow up to ensure timely payments. The tele caller also handles customer inquiries, maintains accurate records, and contributes to achieving collection targets while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Responsibilities: Contact debtors via phone to discuss overdue payments. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Provide customers with information and support to help them resolve their debts. Qualifications: Intermediate Passed out, diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience in debt collection or customer service roles. Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations. Freshers can be given more preference.
