Telecaller - Real Estate Sales (For Hubnex Labs Client)
Location: Gurugram (On-site/Hybrid)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Hubnex Labs Project Manager / Client Sales Lead
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
This position is specifically for deployment with a client of Hubnex Labs in the real estate sector. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential buyers, playing a vital role in generating leads, promoting properties, and supporting the sales process through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce real estate projects and generate qualified leads
  • Respond to inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about available properties
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers in collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments
  • Stay updated on property listings, project details, and real estate market trends
  • Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions to facilitate sales
  • Work closely with the client s sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, preferably in real estate or sales
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and telemarketing tools
  • Persistent, driven, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
