Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our admissions team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective students, provide information about our college/university programs, and guide them through the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with prospective students. Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and benefits. Understand students’ needs and suggest appropriate programs. Maintain proper records of calls and update the CRM system regularly. Coordinate with the admissions team and provide regular updates on call performance. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to leads and conversions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (preferably in the education sector). Prior admission counselling experience will be a strong advantage. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
