Hotel Rev Growth is a hotel marketing and revenue management company based in Agra. We specialize in helping hotels increase bookings, maximize revenue, and achieve long-term profitability with expert marketing and revenue strategies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Hotel Rev Growth. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, and providing information about our services to customers. Additionally, the Telecaller will schedule appointments for sales representatives and maintain call logs.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in customer service or telemarketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
