We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a telecalling executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and support sales conversions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers. Provide accurate information about products/services and answer customer queries. Follow-up on leads and maintain a detailed record of calls made and results achieved. Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team (if applicable). Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings to confidently promote benefits. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Good listening skills and a professional, positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
