Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally. Call potential customers to explain our products/services and Build relationships and close sales. Also Maintain follow-ups and support throughout the process. Further Utilize your customer handling expertise to provide personalized and satisfactory solutions

  • Building & maintaining long lasting business relationships with customer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation & Interactive Communication)
  • Basic Computer knowledge is required.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and online methods
  • Close deals over phone calls
  • Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns
  • Maintain customer database accuracy
