Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (international market USA, UK, Canada)
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals
  • Handle objections, answer customer queries, and follow up on leads
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for feedback and strategy optimization
  • Maintain professionalism and high energy throughout all interactions

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication (English fluency is a must)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changing products/services
