Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (Female) Location: [Tiruppur Gandhinagar] Industry: Textile Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Summary: We are looking for a female Telemarketing Executive to join our team in the textile manufacturing sector. The role involves calling prospective customers (leads provided by us), sharing product details, following up professionally, and converting these leads into business opportunities. No team handling – only focused individual contribution. Key Responsibilities: Call potential customers (leads provided) to introduce our textile products and services. Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly over the phone. Follow up with interested customers regularly to convert leads into confirmed business. Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and status updates. Coordinate with the internal team for order follow-ups and client queries. Achieve monthly targets of conversions and sales closures. Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-friendly tone in all interactions. Candidate Requirements: Gender: Female (Preferred) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing or inside sales. Experience in the textile or fabric industry is a plus. Good communication skills in English, Hindi , and local language. Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, phone handling, and data entry.
