We are looking for a Tele Counsellor to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide candidates regarding education programs, and maintain follow-up records. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
· Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
· Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.
· Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle calls efficiently and persuasively.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
· Prior experience in telecalling or admissions is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
