Key Responsibilities: Call prospective students and working professionals from the leads database. Provide detailed information about various IT training programs (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Business Analyst, Software Testing, etc.). Counsel students based on their interests, background, and career goals. Follow up consistently with interested candidates to close admissions. Convert inquiries into enrollments by building rapport and trust. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system. Assist in coordinating demo sessions, webinars, and walk-ins. Handle objections professionally and resolve queries effectively. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for conversions and outreach. Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for seamless communication. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, etc.) Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and at least one regional language (preferred: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Telugu depending on location). Confident, persuasive, and empathetic counseling approach. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus. Prior experience in EdTech, counseling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
