Job Description

Job Role: Tele-Collection Executive (Outbound calling) As a Telecollection executive, you will: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loans Remind and follow up on pending payments Explain repayment terms and provide solutions Negotiate settlements as per company policy Maintain accurate CRM records Escalate complex cases when needed Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets Work Schedule: Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Shift: Day Shift (rotational weekoffs) Timings: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (On-site) Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduates and undergraduates are preferred Experience : 0 - 2 yrs (Tele-collection) exp. Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English Gender: Both Male & Female Age Limit: None Skills Required : Good Communication and Negotiation Skills Must be fluent in Hindi and English Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM) Able to handle pressure & meet targets Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on your current in-hand salary ₹15,000 and above for freshers Hike offered up to ₹25,000 in-hand (depending on experience and skills) (Fixed Salary+ PF + Incentives + lunch) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: Telesales: 1 year (Required) Language: English and Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
