· Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs & other loan repayments. · Remind and follow up with customers regarding pending dues. · Explain payment terms, resolving issues and provide payment options. · Negotiate repayment schedules or settlements, as per the matrix. · Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. · Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to field officers or supervisors. · Meet daily, weekly and monthly collection targets. · Adhere to legal and ethical standards in customer communication as per RBI and company guidelines. · Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive tone during customer interactions.
