Tele calling team Lead

Experience: 4+ years (Telecalling/Telesales prior experience) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain the database of contacts. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions. Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service Key Skills Required: Good communication skills Ability to work towards targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools. Persuasive, self-motivated, and confident. Active listening and problem-solving skills.
