Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by bidding on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. Should have a good understanding of IT services AWS Cloud, Salesforce or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups and regular communication.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Write customized and effective project proposals.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, preferably on Upwork
  • Proficient in preparing proposals and handling client communication.
  • Familiarity with IT services (Salesforce, Zoho, AWS Cloud)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
