Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in telecalling or customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective telemarketing techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong customer relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
