Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads across our financial products.Introduce and explain offerings related to:Mutual FundsStock Trading / Demat AccountsHome, Business & Personal LoansLife & Health InsuranceQualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.Follow up persistently to move leads through the funnel.Meet or exceed daily & monthly call and lead generation targets.Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine scripts and feedback.Qualifications & Skills🧑‍🎓 High school diploma or bachelor's degree (any field).Freshers with passion and drive are welcome; prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and persuasion skills.Confidence over the phone with ability to handle objections.Good follow‑up habits and self-motivation to hit targets.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
