1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Source HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients through:

• Cold calling

• Cold emailing

• Cold walk-ins

• Personal referrals & network

• Follow up on provided leads and convert them into long-term clients.

• Build rapport with clients — create trust, deliver value, and grow wallet share.

2. Portfolio Management & Financial Planning

• Assist clients with end-to-end management of:

• Equity portfolios

• Derivatives trading

• Mutual fund investments

• Cryptocurrency exposure

• Help clients with ITR filings and other financial services as per requirement.

3. Client-Centric Financial Advisory

• Identify and fulfill clients’ long-term financial goals.

• Assist in active trading and strategic investment planning.

• Offer tailored financial advice and maintain regular touchpoints.

4. Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership

• Function as a sales manager, not just a salesperson.

• Think like a partner — build revenue channels by deeply understanding clients.

• Create multi-layered revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling.

5. Client Vibe & Retention

• Understand your client beyond just financials — vibe with them, connect on a human level.

• Focus on long-term retention by adding consistent value and solving their real needs.
