Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, engaging in conversations to understand their travel needs, and providing detailed information about our travel services. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also be responsible for following up on leads, updating customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software
• Ability to understand and convey information about domestic and international travel services
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in any field is advantageous but not mandatory
