Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing information about loan products, understanding client needs, and offering suitable loan solutions. The role involves maintaining a database of contacts and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and completion of the loan process. Additionally, the Telecaller will handle client queries, manage documentation, and work closely with the sales and operations team to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial or banking sector
• Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle client queries and manage documentation efficiently
• Proficiency in local languages is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
