Providing Information: Giving clients detailed information about various visa types, immigration programs, and the process of obtaining them. Generating Leads: Identifying potential clients and nurturing them to become customers. Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling counseling sessions or consultations with senior advisors. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
