Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a polite and professional Telecaller to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining our products/services, taking inquiries, recording feedback, and ensuring follow-up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound queries professionally.
Maintain a good relationship with customers.

Follow-Up:

Share product/service information with interested clients and written down the requirement.
Maintain follow-up calls as per requirement.
Update visit/ Service status in call records/logs in excel.

Record Maintenance:

Maintain customer data in registers or computer systems.
Record feedback and escalate issues when needed.

Basic Coordination:

Coordinate with the operation/ Backend team for Main/Cook visits.
Inform the office team about any service issues faced by customers.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati (English is a plus)
Polite, patient, and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Phone handling)
Ability to multitask and prioritize calls
Willingness to learn about company offerings

Education & Experience:

Minimum graduate
Experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive preferred
