Job Overview:

Educate Odisha is seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential students and parents, explaining our educational offerings, and supporting the admissions team by generating leads and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided data.
• Counsel students about various courses offered by Educate Odisha.
• Provide accurate and complete information on courses, fees, and admission procedures.
• Convert leads into walk-ins or direct admissions.
• Handle inbound queries professionally and effectively.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
• Confidence, patience, and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office .
• Graduate or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
