Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic travel company. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote travel packages and services.
• Answer incoming inquiries from customers regarding travel plans, bookings, and pricing.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Minimum 00 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales preferred (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and convincing tone.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails, CRM tools, etc.).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
• Passionate about the travel industry and customer service.
