Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication. Update customer information in the database. Generate leads and follow up on prospects. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
