Role Summary We’re seeking a confident, empathetic Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, providing accurate immigration guidance, and setting up consultations with our immigration experts. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to present immigration services such as visas, study/work permits, permanent residency Answer inquiries, addressing questions about visa options, documentation, processes, and timelines over the calls.
