Tele Caller Executive

Job Title: Telecalling ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and maintaining a good customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer queries, complaints, or issues effectively.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services or renew subscriptions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
