1. Team Leadership & Management · Supervise Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Coordinator and Sr. Sales Associates. · Set weekly/monthly sales targets, review individual and team performance and ensure KPIs are met. · Provide direction, mentorship and performance feedback to team members. 2. Sales Strategy Execution · Plan and implement strategies to onboard sellers/brands and increase product listings across platforms. · Monitor seller performance and share growth opportunities with the category and marketing teams. 3. Seller Engagement & Relationship Management · Build and maintain relationships with key sellers/brands, resolving escalations and offering strategic support. · Guide sellers on pricing, promotions, platform policies and growth campaigns. 4. Sales Analytics & Reporting · Analyze sales reports, identify gaps or declines and plan recovery strategies. · Generate insights from lead conversions, return rates, top-selling SKUs and platform sales trends. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination · Work closely with Catalog, Content, Warehouse, Onboarding and Finance teams to ensure operational alignment. · Coordinate launch readiness, stock planning, campaign execution and claim resolution. 6. Process Optimization & SOP Adherence · Develop and maintain SOPs for seller engagement, lead tracking and onboarding to sales flow. · Ensure smooth transition from seller onboarding to live selling stage.
