Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team for a domestic process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales conversion. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or through self-sourced leads
• Explain products/services clearly and generate interest
• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain call logs, lead tracker, and CRM records with accuracy
• Schedule meetings, demos, or transfers to the sales team as needed
• Handle client queries and provide relevant information
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead targets

Requirements:

• Must be based in Pune
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any field
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured scripts
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Good listening skills, confidence, and patience
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
• Familiarity with domestic customer handling and B2C processes
