Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls: Engaging with potential customers to promote products or services. Handling inbound calls: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Generating leads: Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams. Following up with customers: Maintaining contact to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
