Job Description

Role: Technology Analyst - IT Services (Core Server and networking-IT Ops end) Education: BE preferred Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+Years Notice Period-Immediate Joiners JD , Should be experienced in day to day IT Infrastructure support including various Operating systems like Win10, MacOS, Linux. Should have strong knowledge in implementation & administration of various servers & server roles. Administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers). Should be having understanding on ITIL framework (IT reporting metrics/MIS) and create different reports as per the framework. Manage the team of analysts who support end user's IT tickets and act as SME for them. Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents. system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests. Thorough knowledge on different tools used for capacity management, availability managements. Experience in Asset management & IT Supplier Management. Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies. Should be experienced in handling various IT audits ISO20K, 27K etc Roles and Responsibilities, Installation, Trouble shooting , Managing Endpoints, Managing Physical Server /VM/cloud server, Managing Network devices(Switches / routers / Firewalls. Signature and patch updates in all Endpoints and servers in defined SLA. Preparing Daily / weekly / monthly reports and scheduling meetings and explaining the reports to respective stakeholders. Fixing vulnerability in end points, servers & network devices. Working on AMC renewal process for IT related assets.. Working with core network and server team in fixing issues. Willing to working in 24*5, 24*7 environment. WFO is mandatory. Perparing RCA for any IT related incidents. Taking end-to-End responsibility in the projects provided by IT team.
