Job Summary: At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for Technical Writer rock stars for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office. Responsibilities Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Analyze existing and potential content, along with focusing on reuse. Create and maintain the information architecture Writes and edits information to industrys standards Spends time to gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products, with strong focus on domain Attends relevant meetings and training sessions to gain operational and functional knowledge of product, tools, processes, domain and technology Requirements Experience: 2 to 8 Years Role: We have multiple roles the final role will depend on the candidates experience and credentials Education: Any degree (preference will be given to the M.A candidates with specialisation in Mass Communication / Literature / Linguistics)
