Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to gather technical information.
Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, accessible documentation.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and format across all documentation.
Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity and accuracy.
Organize and manage documentation structure for both internal and external users.

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience in technical writing or content development for tech products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information.
Experience with tools like MS Office, Google Docs, Markdown, Confluence, or Notion.
Basic understanding of technical concepts in software development, APIs, or web technologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Git, Swagger, Figma, or documentation generators (e.g., Sphinx, Docusaurus).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum-based environments.
