ob Description: We are a leading technical manpower deputation serving top clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power Generation industries. We are looking for an experienced Technical Validator to conduct preliminary technical assessments of candidates before submission to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct technical interviews of engineering candidates across disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, etc.) • Assess technical competencies, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience • Share evaluation feedback and recommendations with the internal recruitment team • Maintain high-quality screening standards in line with client requirements Candidate Requirements: • Retired senior engineering professional with minimum 30 years of experience • Hands-on technical/project background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/ Power Generation or Real Estate projects • Strong communication and evaluation skills • Availability to join immediately
