This role is being hired for Upanal Education Institution. We are starting this institution with a vision to help students who cannot afford education/ drop outs from college to still have a chance to get a job by taking our course. At the same time fulfilling the need for man power requirement in industry segment. Role & Responsibilities : The applicant taking up this role will be responsible for teaching a group of 30 students on the given curriculum. The Curriculum relates to the Mechanical and Electrical domains. For Ex : CNC Machines. Students will be mostly from rural areas. The applicant will also be trained with the curriculum post which they should prepare the students so that the students get ready to be operators. The success of the candidate is how well they prepare the student to understand the subject and get selected by industries for future work. Preferred candidate profile : Applicant must be a veteran in the Mechanical/Electrical Domain. Must have experience in the industry domain. Must be good at practical knowledge. Applicant is expected to work with zeal to educate students so that they get placed. Must be energetic, optimistic, a team player, self-driven, proactive. They must be creative to engage students throughout the learning process. Language preferences: Kannada & English.
