Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Java Fullstack Trainer to lead technical training programs for corporate fresher batches. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in Core Java , Spring Boot , Hibernate , and REST APIs , ensuring that learners gain practical skills aligned with real-world development scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) sessions to freshers in Java Fullstack technologies.
Develop and customize training content, slides, coding exercises, and assessments.
Provide hands-on guidance through coding labs, mini-projects, and real-time problem-solving.
Track learner progress, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive, interactive, and outcome-driven learning environment.
Collaborate with the L&D team to refine and improve the curriculum based on feedback and latest tech trends.
Ensure alignment of training with corporate software development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Java Fullstack development.
Strong expertise in:
- Core Java
- Spring Boot
- Hibernate
- RESTful Web Services
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in training or mentoring freshers or junior developers.
Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, and IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage a beginner-level audience.
Bonus: Exposure to frontend tech like HTML/CSS/JavaScript or Angular/React.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience delivering corporate training (virtual or on-site).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
