Skills: 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or Data Visualization Designer, ideally working directly within product and engineering organizations on technical or enterprise-grade products. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and demonstrating your ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable user interfaces, preferably within cloud engineering & infrastructure . Proven experience conducting user research with technical users (e.g., engineers, SREs) and the ability to translate their specialized needs into effective design solutions for data-intensive applications. Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices, with a strong emphasis on data visualization principles for technical audiences analyzing complex systems. Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly and persuasively to technical and product stakeholders. Proven experience working directly within agile product and engineering teams, embedding design into the development lifecycle. A deep empathy for technical users and a passion for creating tools that empower them to understand, diagnose, and manage complex systems effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, technically driven environment.
