Technical Support Executive – CCNA Trained (Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream – mandatory)
• Certification: CCNA training or certification is required
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Communication: Good English communication skills (Versant level 4 minimum)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound technical support calls related to networking issues
• Troubleshoot customer queries and provide step-by-step resolution
• Guide users through solutions over voice support
• Log and escalate unresolved issues as per protocol
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication

Salary Details:

• Fresher: ₹19,000 In-hand | ₹23,000 CTC per month
• Experienced: ₹20,000 In-hand | ₹25,000 CTC + ₹1,000 Monthly Bonus

Additional Information:

• 5 or 6-day working (as per process requirement)
• Rotational shifts may apply
• Training will be provided before joining the floor
