Technical Solution Architect-Presales

The role involves owning the design and development of solutions for various opportunities in domains like Tx, IP, SD WAN, RAN, and core, along with necessary tool and automation requirements. Your main objective will be to increase revenue and profitability by providing market competitive solutions. This tactical role will define the direction of new solutions, processes, and standards based on business strategy or customer needs, with a significant impact on the overall results of the business unit. As the technical expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to address business needs. You will analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions across multiple systems, platforms, and applications. Additionally, you will stay updated on technology requirements in the market, participate in product development activities, and represent the company in customer/marketing forums to enhance brand awareness. Ensuring compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will design and deliver complex solutions based on customer requirements, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to assess customer needs effectively. Moreover, you will work with clients and internal stakeholders to provide integrated solutions across multiple products and domains, offering expertise to internal teams, external vendors, and partners for effective solution integration. In this role, you will need knowledge and experience in multiple telecommunications domains such as Transport, IP, SD WAN, Cloud, RAN, and core networks, with proficiency in at least two of these domains. You should be able to translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions and have an understanding of telecommunication network management and automation needs. Experience in managing international customer opportunities, willingness to travel as needed, and expertise in managing RFPs for international customers are also desired skills for this position.,
