Youll play a vital role in sourcing and placing top technical talent while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment. Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical roles Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Post job openings and support recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms Work closely with the hiring team to understand current and future staffing needs Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of working experience in recruitment or a related role Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment Basic understanding of technical recruitment and IT roles is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS Important Note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a recruitment-related assignment as part of the evaluation process.
