Role : Technical Recruiter Experience : 4-6 Years Location : Hyderabad Shift : General Shift ( 9am -6 pm) Position Overview: As a Recruiter with CSI in Hyderabads bustling Hitech City, youll take the lead in managing the full recruitment cycle for our key projects across India. This is your chance to make an impact, connect with top talent, and drive the growth of our innovative team. What Youll Do: Draft compelling job descriptions and manage client expectations seamlessly Source and screen IT candidates via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and more Coordinate interviews and collaborate with staffing agencies to streamline processes Prepare candidates for client submission and ensure meticulous documentation checks Handle pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams to maintain operational efficiency Build and nurture a strong network to consistently source top-tier talent Thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Exhibit strong communication and writing skills in all interactions What We’re Looking For: Proven Expertise: Minimum 4 years in domestic IT recruitment, particularly with a focus on Microsoft technologies Client Management: Ability to understand job responsibilities and manage client relationships effectively Sourcing Savvy: Strong skills in identifying and screening candidates across platforms Efficiency: Excellent time management to handle multiple priorities with ease
