TitleTaxation Manager (Transfer Pricing) Role Category: Accounting & Taxation About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in India Tax and Transfer Pricing , and a solid understanding of compliance requirements related to India accounting reporting standards. Job description Finalization of tax computation, return of income, TDS returns, GST compliance. Responsible for all direct, International and Indirect Tax related compliances for India Entity Handling tax assessments, transfer pricing assessment & appeals. Preparing transfer pricing report for Indian entities, APA, AAR Support in payment dispute resolution and work with team members on any accounting/tax inquiries Preparing and ensuring accurate, timely filing of Direct tax returns, forms like TDS return, APA, corporate tax return, tax audit, transfer pricing form etc Liaise with local agents such as bank, auditing firm, government etc. Research on the latest direct tax and Indirect tax issues, APA, MAP, AAR, POEM, SEP. Keeping self-up to date on recent development in economy and in Tax. Proactively review businesses to identify compliance risks. Sound knowledge on Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and regularly case study & share. Documenting and maintaining permanent file information. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in direct tax compliances/tax returns IT and software outsourcing related area work experience Good communication skills (oral & writing) and ability to cooperate with the international finance team. Tracking, monitoring, and responding to emails in a timely manner Working/basic knowledge of FEMA, Companies Act, Ind AS, US GAAP and IFRS What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Ability to function in a fast-paced environment Proactiveness in execution of projects Excellent eye for details
